摘 要:为了准确计算高速永磁无刷电机定子铁心损耗,分析不同磁化方式下的磁滞损耗变化规律,以及损耗系数随频率变化规律,提出一种改进的铁心损耗计算模型。该模型借助谐波分析的方法,考虑了电机中交变磁场、旋转磁场以及高频时趋肤效应对定子铁心损耗的影响。利用该模型分析PWM调制电流谐波、永磁体充磁方向,以及磁钢斜边角对高速永磁无刷电机定子铁心损耗的影响。实验结果表明,与传统的模型相比,该模型计算结果更接近于实测值,在高低频时的计算误差均在10%以内。In order to accurately calculate the iron losses of high-speed brushless permanent magnet(BLPM) motor,the paper analyzed the variation of hysteresis losses in different magnetization modes and the variation of iron loss coefficients with frequencies,and presented an improved calculation model for iron losses.By means of Fourier analysis,the proposed model was considered the influence of alternating and rotating magnetic field and skin effect.This improved model was employed to analyze effects of current harmonic caused by PWM chopping,magnetizing methods and the beveling angle of magnets.Experimental results show that,compared with the conventional model,the proposed model is more precise;and the calculation errors of high and low frequencies are within 10%.
