眼镜蛇蛇毒中神经毒蛋白对PC-12细胞作用的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:研究眼镜蛇蛇毒中的神经毒蛋白对大鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤细胞(PC-12细胞)的作用。方法:采用SP-Sephadex C-25层析的方法分离出神经毒蛋白;MTT法检测神经毒蛋白对PC-12细胞的抑制率。结果:随着神经毒蛋白浓度的增加,对PC-12细胞的抑制率显著增加;随着时间的增长,对PC-12细胞的抑制率也明显增加。结论:本试验结果可为神经毒蛋白对神经细胞作用的进一步研究奠定理论基础。OBJECTIVE：To study of effect of neurotoxin protein in cobra venom on PC-12 cell.METHODS：SP-Sephadex C-25 hromatogram method was adopted to purify neurotoxin protein from Cobra venom.The cell inhibition rate of neurotoxin protein was detected with MTT method.RESULTS：With the increase of neurotoxin protein concentration,the PC-12 cells were significantly inhibited;the PC-12 cells were also significantly inhibited over time.CONCLUSION：The result have been conducted primarily to obtain the preliminary experimental data for the future nerve cell experiment.
