浅析医院药房与零售药店药品价格差异的合理性

摘　　要：目的:探讨我国医院药房与社会零售药店药品价格差异的合理性。方法:从我国目前药品行业总体利润水平、我国药品现行流通模式、医院与社会零售药店在药品的药学服务质量体系水平和药品结构上存在的客观差异进行分析。结果:医院药房流通环节多、药学服务质量高、药品配备结构等是影响医院药房药品价格高于社会零售药店药品价格的重要因素。结论:我国医院药房与零售药店药品价格差异有其一定的合理性。OBJECTIVE：To explore the reasonability of price difference among hospital pharmacy and retail drug stores in China.METHODS：The differences of pharmaceutical care quality system and pharmaceutical structure were analyzed objectively as well as overall profit level of pharmaceutical industry,current circulation pattern of drugs,hospital and retail drug store.RESULTS：The price of drugs in hospital pharmacy was higher than that in retail drug store mainly resulting from multiply circulation,high quality of pharmaceutical care and drug equipment structure.CONCLUSION：The drugs price difference of hospital pharmacy and retail drug store is rational in China.
