摘　　要：目的:探讨奥沙利铂致不良反应的特点,促进临床合理用药。方法:统计我院2008年8月-2010年5月上报的奥沙利铂致不良反应56例报告,并利用Excel表格分别对其年龄、性别、用药情况和不良反应的临床表现等进行统计分析。结果:不良反应在用药各年龄段人群均可发生,但女性患者偏多,不良反应主要以神经毒性和过敏反应为主。结论:临床应加强奥沙利铂合理应用和不良反应监测,保障患者用药安全。OBJECTIVE：To explore the characteristics of adverse drug reaction（ADR） induced by oxaliplatin and to promote rational use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS：56 oxaliplatin-induced ADR cases reported in our hospital during Aug.2008-May.2010 were collected and analyzed statistically with Excel in respect of age,gender,medication and clinical manifestation.RESULTS：ADR cases occurred nearly in all ages of people,and the female were slightly in the majority.The main types of ADR were probably allergic reaction and nervous toxicity.CONCLUSION：Great importance should be attached to the rational use of oxaliplatin and ADR monitoring to guarantee the safety of patients.
