尘螨过敏原Derp和Derf自然电荷量的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:研究空气中尘螨过敏原Derp、Derf所带的自然电荷量。方法:使用新型静电场采样器收集空气样本,通过比较不同采样距离的尘螨过敏原Derp和Derf的浓度差异来计算出两种过敏原自然带电电荷量。结果:过敏原Derp所带电荷量主要分布在0.018～0.026库伦之间,过敏原Derf所带电荷量主要分布在0.014～0.026库伦之间。结论:通过实验初步得出尘螨过敏原Derp和Derf的自然电荷量分布情况。Objective：Study of dust mite allergens in the air＇s natural electrical charge of dust mite allergen Derp,Derf.Methods：Using new electrostatic field sampler to collect air samples,By comparing the different sampling distance of dust mite allergen Derp and Derf to calculate the difference between the concentrations of two kinds of electrically charged charge the amount of the natural allergens.Results：The charge carried by the amount of allergen Derp mainly distributed in between 0.018-0.026 Coulomb,.The charge carried by the amount of allergen Derf mainly distributed in between 0.014-0.026.Coulomb.Conclusions：Initial obtained through experiments the amount of the natural charge distribution of the dust mite allergen Derp、Derf.
