摘  要:Methods and applied conditions of Millipore filter air-microbiological sampling had been researched in many years to find out it’ high sampling efficiency.Our results showed that Millipore filter air microbiological sampling is a good methods that it’s sampling could be used to detect total number of air-microorganisms,atmosphere microorganisms and to detect clean grade in clean room and it’ efficiency to equal to the efficiency of six stage Andersen bioaerosol sampling.We also indicated that Millipore air-microbiological aerosol sampling will present a good future in field of air-microbes.Methods and applied conditions of Millipore filter air-microbiological sampling had been researched in many years to find out it' high sampling efficiency.Our results showed that Millipore filter air microbiological sampling is a good methods that it's sampling could be used to detect total number of air-microorganisms,atmosphere microorganisms and to detect clean grade in clean room and it' efficiency to equal to the efficiency of six stage Andersen bioaerosol sampling.We also indicated that Millipore air-microbiological aerosol sampling will present a good future in field of air-microbes.
