摘  要:对铸铁缸体近年来的铸造技术、工艺水平、检测技术等进行了详细的介绍和分析,并对缸体快速开发技术作了简要介绍。目前国内与国外铸铁缸体铸造的差距主要体现在铸铁熔炼技术、原材料控制、造型线和制芯机等方面;采用高强度铸铁、使用水冷热风除尘冲天炉、广泛应用快速缸体开发技术是近年来铸铁缸体的主要发展趋势;随着行业竞争力的加大以及环保意识的增强,快速缸体开发技术和绿色环保铸造技术将得到大力发展。The recent foundry technology, technological level and detection techniques of cast iron cylinder block were presented and analyzed in details in the paper. Besides, rapid development technology of cylinder block was also introduced briefly. The cast iron melting technique, the raw material control and the design of molding line and core-making machine were the primary technical gaps between China and abroad in production of cylinder block. Adopting high strength cast iron, using water cooled hot blast cupola with dust removing system as well as applying rapid development technique widely were the development trends of cast iron cylinder block. With the increased competitiveness and enhanced pro-environment consciousness, the rapid development technique and green casting technology will be developed greatly.
