摘  要:研究了机械振动对纯Al凝固组织的影响。结果表明:在凝固过程中对纯Al施加机械振动能够明显改善其凝固组织。频率为80 Hz、振幅为8 mm时,机械振动效果最佳;与未施加机械振动相比,等轴晶率从0增加到60%以上,平均晶粒面积减小至原面积的1/5以下。The grain size and morphology have a In the paper the effect of mechanical vibration on great impact on performances of metal materials solidification structure of pure AI was researched The experimental results show that solidification structure of pure AI can be markedly improved through exerting mechanical vibration on the liquid metal during solidification process. The solidification structure is optimal for the industry pure AI when the frequency and amplitude are 80 Hz and 8 mm, separately. Comparing with the sample without mechanical vibration, rate of equiaxed crystals increases to 60% from zero and the average area of crystals decreases to less than 1/5.
