摘 要:将甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、甲基丙烯酸十二醇酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷在阳/非离子复合乳化剂和引发剂过硫酸铵的作用下进行乳液聚合,制得了硅烷化氟代聚丙烯酸酯乳液(FLHDV)。用FTIR、SEM、XPS和接触角测定仪分别对FLHDV的结构、成膜形态、膜表面的化学元素组成和疏水性进行了表征。表征结果显示,FLHDV具有良好的成膜性,硅氧烷的加入能增大FLHDV的交联度及其在涤纶纤维表面的结合牢度,赋予了涤纶织物优异的疏水性,使其由亲水性织物转变为高疏水性织物,与水的接触角可达到142.5°。A novel silanized fluoro-polyacrylate emulsion (FLHDV) was prepared by copolymerization of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, lauryl methacrylate, 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and vinyltrioxethylsiloxane with (NH4 )2S208 as the water soluble initiator and cationic/ nonionic surfactants as the mixed emulsifier. The structure and the film morphology of the prepared FLHDV and the chemical composition and the hydrophobicity of the FLHDV film surface was characterized by means of FTIR, SEM, XPS and the contact angle determination instrument. The results showed that the smooth FLHDV film could form on the terylene surface. The silanization could enhance the degree of crosslinking of the prepared FLHDV and its attachment to the terylene, which conferred excellent water repellency on the treated terylene. Consequently, the terylene changed from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity, and its water static contact angle on the treated terylene surface reached 142.5°.
