经脐入路腹腔镜腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术4例报告

摘　　要：目的:探讨经脐入路腹腔镜经腹腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术(transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis,TAPP)的安全性、可行性及近期疗效。方法:用改良腹腔镜器械为4例腹股沟斜疝患者行经脐入路腹腔镜TAPP。观察手术时间、出血量、住院时间及术中、术后并发症。结果:4例手术均获成功,手术时间50～90min,平均(62.0±17.9)min。所有患者均于术后次日出院。无术中、术后并发症发生。结论:经验丰富的腹腔镜外科医师选择合适的病例行经脐入路腹腔镜TAPP是安全可行的。Objective：The aim of this study was to assess the safety,feasibility,and short-term outcomes of transumbilical laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis （TAPP）.Methods：Four cases of transumbilical laparoscopic TAPP were accomplished for indirect inguinal hernia.Outcome measures included operative time,blood loss,hospital stay,intraoperative and postoperative complications.Results：The 4 operations were successful.The operative time was 50-90min,average （62.0±17.9）min.All patients were discharged on the second day following the procedure.There were no intra or post operative complications.Conclusions：Experienced laparoscopic surgeons can accomplish transumbilical laparoscopic TAPP procedure safely and feasibly in selective patients.
