摘　　要：近年来,浙江统筹城乡发展的稳定性和持续性引起了极大的关注,从什么角度来审视浙江统筹城乡路径探索的成功之处是问题的关键。本文认为阿马蒂亚.森"以自由看待发展"的视角是对浙江统筹城乡发展理念与实践的一个很好的诠释。并在此基础上,提出了浙江统筹城乡发展的经验与启示。In recent years,the steady and durative development of urban and rural areas in zhengjing has caused great concern.The crux of the matter is on what view of examining the successful path exploration of coordinating urban and rural development in zhejiang.The article think it is a good interpretation of the coordinated development in zhejiang urban and rural areas on Amartya Sen view of ＂development as freedom＂,and based on this conclusion,the article gives some experiences and enlightenment of coordinating urban and rural development in zhejiang.
