导致玻片法ABO血型鉴定错误的结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨玻片法ABO血型鉴定的不同加样方式对结果的影响。方法采用传统玻片法(下称传统法)对笔者所在医院1992～1997年门诊、急诊、住院患者进行ABO血型鉴定;采用改良玻片法(下称改良法)对1998～2003年门诊、急诊、住院患者进行ABO血型鉴定;采用标准玻片法(下称标准法)对2004～2010年住院患者进行ABO血型鉴定;采用改良玻片法对2004～2010年门诊、急诊患者进行ABO血型鉴定。结果 1992～1997年传统法导致ABO血型鉴定的错误率为5.35/10万;1998～2003年改良法导致ABO血型鉴定的错误率为1.58/10万;2004～2010年标准法导致ABO血型鉴定的错误率为1.03/10万;2004～2010年改良法导致ABO血型鉴定的错误率为1.46/10万。经统计学分析,传统法ABO血型鉴定的错误率与标准法ABO血型鉴定的错误率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),改良法ABO血型鉴定的错误率与标准法ABO血型鉴定的错误率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用改良玻片法进行ABO血型鉴定是可行的,可广泛应用于门诊、急诊、住院患者的ABO血型鉴定。Objective To investigate the effect of different adding glasses ways on ABO Blood Group determination. Methods Traditional glasses way was applied to measuring out - patient, emergency patient and in - patient ABO Blood Group in 1992 -1997; Modified glasses way was applied to measuring out- patient,emergency patient and in -patient ABO Blood Group in 1998 -2003, modified glasses way was applied to measuring out -patient and emergency patient ABO Blood Group in 2004 -2010, Standard glasses way was applied to measuring in - patient ABO Blood Group in 2004 -2010. Resuits Traditional glasses way ABO Blood Group. Results Error rate was 5.35 of one hundred thousand, modified glasses way ABO Blood Group results error rate were 1.58 of one hundred thousand and 1.46 of one hundred thousand, Standard glasses way ABO Blood Group results error rate was 1.03 of one hundred thousand. Statistical analysis of traditional glasses way ABO Blood Group results error rate showed there was significant difference between Standard glasses way ABO Blood Group results error rate and modified glasses way ABO Blood Group results error rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between in modified glasses way ABO Blood Group results error rate and in Standard glasses way ABO Blood Group results error rate. Conclusion Modified glasses way was applied to measuring ABO Blood Group is useful.
