整体浇注滤板可调式滤头在滤池改造中的应用

摘　　要：针对成都市水五厂移动罩滤池滤板老化破损、滤料漏失严重、滤料含泥量偏高、过滤周期缩短、过滤出水浊度明显升高等问题,进行了滤池改造。介绍了整体滤板的浇注、可调式滤头的安装、承托层和滤料的重新铺装等实施情况以及需要注意的问题。改造完成后对滤池日常运行状况的监测和专项测试结果表明,滤池在常规工艺负荷及强制滤速状态下连续运行,滤后水水质良好,滤速、运行周期均满足技术改造要求,滤料含泥量正常,改造效果理想,有效满足了制水生产需要。The renovation of filter was completed in the Chengdu No. 5 Waterworks for some reasons, such as breakage of movable cover filter plate, serious loss of media, high concentration of silt in media, shortening of filtration cycle and increasing of effluent turbidity from filter. The problems for casting of integral filter plate, installation of adjustable strainer and repaying of supporting layer and media were introduced. After the renovation, monitoring of the routine operation and specific detection showed that, the water quality after filtration was good, filtration rate and operational cycle could meet the requirement of renovation, normal silt concentration and ideal renovation effect could be obtained under conventional load and compulsory filtration rate. It could meet the requirement of water production.
