摘  要:研究了寒地玉米"II1465"栽培方式与传统垄作栽培方式下,玉米根际微生态的变化。结果表明:"II1465"栽培与传统垄作相比,在0~10cm、10~20cm、20~30cm耕层的土壤容重分别比传统垄作降低了2.4%、3.1%、1.39%;孔隙度增加了5.9%、8.33%、2.08%;10~20cm耕层土壤增温快;在10~20cm耕层土壤含水量差异显著(P<0.05);土壤中的脲酶、过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶活性在整个生育时期内均高于传统垄作处理。The changes of microecosystem in rhizosphere were studied in the "II1465" cultivation methods of maize in cold region compared with the traditional ridge planting cultivation methods.The results showed that in "II1465" cultivation methods the soil bulk densities were lower than that in the traditional ridge planting by 2.4%,3.1%,1.39% in 0-10 cm,10-20 cm,20-30 cm top soil,and the porosity increased by 5.9%,8.33% and 2.08%.The soil water content led to significant increase(P0.05).During the growth period,the activities of soil urease,catalase,invertase,phosphatase were higher than that in traditional ridge planting cultivation methods.
