摘 要:以位于鲁西平原冠县毛白杨6.0hm2造林地为研究区,将土壤在水平方向按50m×50m分为24块样地,每块样地分为0~20cm,20~40cm,40~60cm三层取样,进行三维空间采样和室内土壤全氮含量测定,对土壤全氮空间分异规律进行研究。结果表明:研究区土壤全氮在林地尺度存在一定的空间变异;从研究区土壤总体分异状况看,土壤全氮含量范围是0.02~0.46gkg-1,总体均值为0.17gkg-1,三个层次土壤全氮含量分别为0.33±0.06gkg-1,0.14±0.04gkg-1,0.05±0.02gkg-1,全氮含量属于最低水平。三个层次土壤全氮含量变异系数分别为19%、32%、39%,变异程度属于中等变异水平,土壤全氮随着土层加深分异程度明显增大。土壤全氮含量在不同土壤层次水平变化复杂,0~20cm层西北高,东南部低,20~40cm和40~60cm两层变化恰好与之相反。研究结果可为毛白杨造林试验地布设、养分精准管理、确定合理采样数提供依据。This study was aimed to analyze the spatial distribution and variation pattern of total nitrogen in a 6.0 hectare Populus tomentosa planted land in Guanxian country of Shandong province.To have a better understanding the total nitrogen status grid sampling method with grid size(50 m×50 m) was used.Each grid was subdivided into three layers(0-20 cm,20-40 cm,40-60 cm).Results showed that the soil total nitrogen varied across the field to some extent.The range of soil total nitrogen was 0.02-0.46 g kg-1.The population mean was 0.17 g kg-1 for the lowest level,and the contents of three layers were 0.33±0.06 g kg-1,0.14±0.04 g kg-1,0.05±0.02 g kg-1,respectively.The Coefficients of Variance of the soil total nitrogen were 19%,32%,39% in three layers,respectively,which was moderate and increased with the soil depth.The horizontal variation of the coefficient of variance of soil total nitrogen was complex.The content of total nitrogen in soil was higher in the northwest and was lower in the southeast for the layer of 0-20 cm,while was opposite for layers of 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm.The results could be of benefit to the test arrangement of Populus tomentosa planted land,the site specific nutrient management and determining rational sampling number.
