关于地方组建国有金融控股集团的探讨

摘　　要：国有金融控股集团已成为地方政府推动当地金融发展的重要载体。本文在分析我国地方国有发展现状和积极作用的基础上,结合深圳国有金融资产的分布特点,认为深圳应从推进金融中心建设、强化金融聚集力、深化深港金融合作等方面考虑,组建国有金融控股集团。思路是:市政府牵头设立,构建科学有效的组织管理框架,借鉴台湾地区金融控股集团治理经验,多渠道夯实资本金,打造金融创新先行先试的平台。Nowadays, regional state-owned financial holdings group plays an important role to integrate local financial resource in China. This paper begins with current situation and theoretical functions of regional state-owned financial holdings group. Then it makes significant research on the realistic necessity of building up a state-owned financial holdings group in Shenzhen according to the distributing feature of Shenzhen financial resource. Meanwhile, it puts forward systematic solutions from certain aspects.
