摘　　要：介绍了一种基于RTSP协议和TD-SCDMA技术标准的嵌入式3G视频服务器系统。给出了系统的总体结构和硬软件模块设计,重点阐述了基于Live555的H.264流媒体服务器,以及基于VLC的客户端接收软件的设计及实现。客户端通过与服务器建立RTSP连接,点播服务器端的视频文件。经测试,该系统具有较高的可靠性。The embedded 3G video server based on RTSP and TD-SCDMA is proposed in this paper. The overall structure of the system and the design of hardware and software modules are given, focusing on the design and implementation of H.264 streaming server based on Live555 and the software of client based on VLC. The client can display the video from server with RTSP protocol. The tests show that the system can achieve a better reliability.
