摘　　要：随着无线通信的快速发展、无线传输带宽的增大,尤其是3G网络的使用,无线手持移动终端的DSP处理能力不断增强,无线移动终端已可以成为视频采集系统的终端。Windows Mobile是目前移动设备中较为流行的智能终端操作系统。对如何构建远程无线视频采集(监控)系统的关键技术进行深入的研究,并在Windows Mobile平台上实现了该系统。With the rapid development of wireless communications, the increasing of wireless transmission bandwidth, especially the using of 3G network, and the wireless handheld mobile device＇s capacity of DSP processing enhancing, wireless mobile terminals already becomes a terminal of wireless video surveillance system. Windows Mobile is a popular mobile device operating system at present. How to construct a remote wireless video collection （surveillance） system is researched, and the system is realized on Windows Mobile platform.
