劳动力流动对农村经济的影响效应——基于对四川省调查数据的分析

摘　　要：本文以国家社科基金课题组2010年初在四川省63个自然村有无外出务工家庭的问卷调查为研究样本,分析四川省农村劳动力流动的个体特征,劳动力流动对农民家庭收支、福利及农户农业生产的影响。结果发现:农村劳动力流动对增加农村居民收入、缓解农民家庭贫困、改善农民家庭福利状况及促进土地流转具有积极效应;对农户劳动力和土地等基本资源的合理配置具有一定的促进作用,但对农业产出率的提高和技术进步的作用不显著。Based on the questionnaire survey in 63 villages of Sichuan province in early 2010 supported by National Social Science Fund,this paper analyzes the labor flow’s individual characteristics,and its influence on the rural household income,expenditure,family welfare and agricultural production.The results show that the rural labor flow has a positive effect on increasing income of rural residents,alleviating poverty,improving welfare and promoting the land circulation;its also has a certain stimulating effect on the rational allocation of basic resources such as rural labor and land,but has no significant effect on the increasing of agricultural productivity and the technological progress.
