摘 要:目的 观察 S O D 模型配合物—络合铜 Cu2( D T P B)对大鼠因过量摄氟引起的肝肾损害有无保护作用。方法 将40只雄性 W istar 大鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组、过量摄氟组、络合铜保护组。饲养5个月后,分别检测血氟、尿氟含量并观察肝肾的显微结构。结果 正常对照组及络合铜保护组血氟无显著差异,过量摄氟组血氟明显高于前两组。过量摄氟组及络合铜保护组尿氟含量增加,后者更高。肝肾组织显微结构的观察显示,氟组大鼠肝肾细胞有明显的损伤,而络合铜保护组仅有轻微损害。结论 络合铜对过量摄氟大鼠的肝肾有一定的保护作用。Objective A I M to explore the protective effects of S O D m odel coordination com pound Cu2( D T P B) on liver and kidney dam age caused by overdose fluoride. M ethods Forty m ale W is tar rats w ere divided random ly into three groups: the norm al control group, fluoride group and theadding Cu2 ( D T P B) group. Fed five m onths, serum and urine fluoride w ere exam ined, and the m i crostructure of the livers and kidneys w ere observed. Results The serum fluoride levels of the fluoridegroup w ere significantly higher than that of other tw o groups. But there w as no m arked difference be tw een the norm algroup and the Cu2( D T P B) groups. The urine fluoride levels of the fluoride group and Cu2( D T P B) group increased rem arkably,especially the latter. As for the m icrostructure,the livers andkidneys of the fluoride group w ere severely dam aged,but the dam age of the Cu2( D T P B) group w as notobvious com pared w ith the norm alcontrol. Conclusions The evidences suggest that Cu2( D T P B) exertsa protective effect on liver and kidney from rats fed w ith overdose fluoride.
