摘  要:针对输电网架恢复过程中系统的抗扰动能力较弱、设备操作频繁、不确定性事件增多、恢复过程难以保证按预案进行的问题,提出了一种输电网架恢复的动态优化决策方法。该方法由三段式的输电网架恢复策略,根据系统恢复进程动态给定每一恢复步骤的候选恢复目标,综合考虑已恢复的系统节点,利用Dijkastra算法动态生成各目标的候选恢复方案,将影响系统安全和恢复速度的因素作为候选方案的属性,采用群体多属性决策方法给出优化决策。实例仿真结果表明,该方法能够协调系统安全与恢复速度,并能根据系统状态动态确定恢复目标及其恢复方案,提高了决策的可行性和灵活性,可为离线预案提供有效补充。Owing to the rather weak anti-disturbance capability,frequent equipment operation,increasing uncertain events and difficulty in ensuring the implementation of restoration process according to the pre-developed restoration plan during skeleton restoration,a dynamic optimization decision-making method for power system skeleton restoration is proposed.It employs the three-stage skeleton restoration strategy and the shortest path searching method to generate candidate schemes for each restoration step.The main factors influencing the power system security or restoration speed are chosen as attributes of candidate schemes and a multi-attribute decision-making method is adopted to make the optimal decision.Simulation results of a power system demonstrate that the method can coordinate system security with restoration speed and dynamically make skeleton restoration decision in accordance with the power system restoration process while providing effective supplement to the pre-developed restoration plan.
