摘 要:提出了配电网节能潜力定量评估的总体思路和具体实施方案,从抽样微观分析和全网宏观统计两方面入手,首先借助专用软件PSAS对所选线路分别计算9项优化措施的节能潜力,而后经匹配整合评估每条线路综合节能潜力;在对抽样线路进行节能潜力分级和全网特征类比处理后,通过比例加权得到全网节能潜力指标。所提出的评估体系既能够宏观掌握配电网的总体节能空间,又能直观评估各项节能措施在具体线路中的节能效果。该评估体系模块已嵌入PSAS软件并成功应用于广东多地配电网的节能分析。The general idea of quantitative evaluation of distribution network energy saving potential is proposed,and specific implementation schemes and PSAS software are described.The energy saving potential evaluation consists in its microscopic analysis of samples and macro statistics of the whole network.First of all,by means of the special software PSAS,the energy saving potential of each of the nine optimization measures is calculated independently for the lines selected followed by an assessment of the comprehensive energy saving potential of each line using matching integration.After energy saving potential classification and analog processing of the characteristics of the whole network for the sampled lines,the energy saving potential of the whole network is obtained through weighted proportion.The evaluation system proposed can not only access the overall energy-saving space of distribution network,but also intuitively evaluate the energy saving effect of various measures in specific feeders.Of fairly high engineering value for macro plan development and micro reform formulation,the evaluation system is successfully applied to distribution systems in Guangdong for energy-saving potential analysis.
