摘　　要：目的探讨创伤性颈部动静脉瘘的诊断及其治疗方法的选择。方法回顾性分析４例创伤性颈部动静脉瘘，其中创伤性颈动静脉瘘１例，创伤性椎动静脉瘘３例。结果４例中３例为创伤性椎动静脉瘘，未横断型；全部弹簧圈栓塞成功；１例创伤性颈动静脉瘘试用可脱性球囊栓塞未成功。结论血管内介入治疗的方法安全可靠，应为治疗本病首选。? Objective To investigate the diagnosis a nd endovascular interventional treatment of traumatic arteriovenous fistula in the neck. Methods Four cases of traumatic arteriovenous fistu las in the neck were retrospectively analysed. Among the four cases, one case wi th traumatic carotidjugular fistula and three with traumatic arteriovenous f istulas of the vertebral artery. Results Three cases with traumat ic arteriovenous fistulas of the vertebral artery not transectional type were s uccessfully embolized by using the spring coils. Endovascular embolization with detachable balloon in another case of traumatic carotidjugular fistula was not .Conclusions The endovascular interventional procedures are effecti ve and safe. The method should be the first choice for the treatment of arterio venous fistula in the neck.  【
