河南省由畜牧业大省向畜牧业强省跨越的优势和关键问题及政策支持

摘　　要：河南是一个畜牧业大省,主要畜禽种类的生产在全国占有十分重要的地位,具有建设畜牧强省的雄厚产业基础、突出的区位优势、得天独厚的资源优势和良好的投资环境;但是河南省还不是一个畜牧强省,还存在一些制约畜牧强省建设的关键问题,包括投入严重不足、基础设施薄弱、畜禽养殖粪便污染等。建议增加投入特别是科技的投入,切实改善基础设施,大力提倡畜禽粪便循环利用及生态养殖技术,真正把畜牧业发展成为河南省现代农业的主导产业,尽快实现由畜牧业大省向强省的跨越。Henan Province, as a large province of livestock husbandry, is playing an important role in the production of livestock husbandry in China. Although Henan province owns prominent advantages in industry foundation, locational advantages, natural resources superiority, and investment environment, it is still not the strong in the production of livestock husbandry due to the constraints of several key issueS including monetary shortage, weak infrastructure, excrement wastes pollution. In order to speed up moderization and become a powerful provincial on livestock husbandry, It is suggested that Henan Province should enhance finance inputs and investment of science and technology, improve infrastructure, and promote the cycling utilization of feces and sewage and ecological cultivation technique etc.
