摘 要:以冬小麦济麦22为材料,研究了种植方式和灌溉对其叶绿素荧光参数及产量的影响。结果表明,沟播和大小行种植均能显著提高初始荧光产量(Fo),增加最大荧光产量(Fm)及Fv/Fm;灌溉能明显影响Fo、Fm及Fv/Fm,Fo和Fm随灌水量的增加而增大,增幅逐渐减小;灌溉减小了种植方式之间Fv/Fm的差距。相关分析表明,调整冬小麦种植方式有利于增加穗粒数和千粒重,增加灌水量有利于增加穗数,且种植方式与灌溉对产量及产量构成因素均存在明显的互作效应。本试验条件下,以沟播栽培、135mm的灌水量为最佳栽培模式。Using Jimai 20 as the test material,the effects of planting patterns and irrigation on wheat chlorophyll fluorescence and yield were studied.The results showed that Fo,Fm and Fv/Fm 20+40 cm for flat and furrow planting patterns were obviously higher than 25cm flat planting patterns.Fo and Fm were obviously increased with the increase of irrigation amount,but the growth rate reduced gradually.Moreover,the irrigation enhanced Fv/Fm,decreased differently in different platting patterns.Correlation analysis showed planting patterns were favorable for number of seed and weight of 1000 seeds,while irrigation were beneficial to spike number.Remarkable interactions on yield and yield components were also found in platting patterns×irrigation.These results indicated that the furrow planting pattern of winter wheat was the best planting pattern in the amount of irrigation 135mm.
