湖南烤烟主要生物碱含量和组成比例及相关性研究

摘　　要：采用气相色谱法测定分析了湖南主产烟区烤烟的4种主要生物碱含量及他们之间的相关性。结果表明,烤烟中总生物碱平均含量为3.720%,烟碱、降烟碱、假木贼碱和新烟草碱平均含量分别为3.601%、0.037%、0.013%和0.069%。烟碱、降烟碱、假木贼碱和新烟草碱分别占总生物碱的96.82%、0.999%、0.349%和1.837%。烟碱含量变异幅度小,降烟碱含量变异幅度大。烟碱与降烟碱呈负相关,烟碱与假木贼碱呈正相关,烟碱与新烟草碱呈极显著正相关,降烟碱与假木贼碱呈显著正相关,降烟碱与新烟草碱呈极显著正相关,假木贼碱与新烟草碱呈极显著正相关。The contents of four principal alkaloids in flue-cured tobacco in Hunan were determined by GC.The average content of total alkaloid,nicotine,nornicotine,anabasine and anatabine in flue-cured tobacco were 3.720%,3.601%,0.037%,0.013% and 0.069%,respectively.The proportion of nicotine,nornicotine,anabasine and anatabine to total alkaloid were 96.82%,0.999%,0.349% and 1.837%,respectively.Nicotine content varied less than other alkaloids.Nornicotine content varied more than other alkaloids.The results of the partial correlation analysis among alkaloids indicated that there was highly significant positive correlation between the content of nicotine with that of anatabine,which was the same with nornicotine with anatabine and anabasine with anatabine;Besides,the significant positive correlation of nornicotine with anabasine,and the positive correlation of nicotine with anabasine;were also observed;Whereas there was a negative correlation of nicotine with nornicotine.
