摘　　要：本文利用迈克尔.波特的钻石体系模型,从生成要素,需求因素,相关、支持行业,战略结构,机会因素和政府因素6方面对四川省水稻种业核心竞争力进行具体分析,明确了四川水稻种业在生产力和成本竞争力方面的比较优势,及其明显的市场扩张力,发现其存在商品转化率低、产业链短的问题,探讨了有效提高四川省种业核心竞争力的途径,旨在使四川省水稻种业的潜在优势转化为现实竞争力。Using Michael Porter＇s ＂the Diamond Model＂ to conduct the concrete analysis of the rice industry core competitive ability in Sichuan Province,from the generating elements,demanding factors,the correlation and the support industry,the enterprise strategy structure and the competitor,the government and the opportunity.In this paper,we found that the rice seed industry in Sichuan had more advantages than other competitors in rice productivity and cost competitiveness,and had significant market expansion ability.At the same time,we also found some problems such as low conversion rate of goods and short chain of industry.We put forward a rapid and effective way to improve their core competitiveness and to turn the potential competitive advantages into reality.
