高效液相色谱法测定安嗽胶囊中甘草酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立安嗽胶囊中甘草酸的高效液相色谱法的含量测定方法。方法采用大连依利特Hypersil BDSC18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相甲醇-0.2 mol/L乙酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(62∶38∶1);检测波长:250 nm。结果甘草酸在0.320 4～3.204 0μg范围内呈良好线性关系,得回归方程为Y=496 864.4X+15 218.27,r=0.999 6;平均加样回收率及RSD分别为101.05%和1.9%。结论本方法操作快速、准确,可作为安嗽胶囊中甘草酸的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid contants in A nsou Capsule. Methods Hypersil BDS C18（4.6 mm× 200 mm, 5 μm）column was used in the this method. Mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2 mol/L ammonium acetate solutions -acetic acid （62 ： 38 ： 1）, the detection wavelength was set at 250 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.320 4-3.204 0 μg for glycyrrhizic acid and the linear equation was Y=496 864.4X＋15 218.27, r=0.9996. The average recovery ratio was 101.05 % and the relative standard deviation was 1.9 %. Conclusion This method is rapid and accurate, h can be used for quality control of glycyrrhizic acid in A nsou Capsule.
