HPLC法测定加味胃炎消片中野黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的建立同时测定加味胃炎消片中野黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,Alltima C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-20 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液(用冰醋酸调pH值至4.0)为流动相梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为335 nm。结果野黄芩苷线性范围在0.26～1.28μg,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.2%;盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为0.52～2.58μg,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为99.6%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂中野黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of scutellarin, berberine hydrochloride in Jiawei Weiyanxioo Tablets. Methods The analysis was performed on Alltima Cls column （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm）, with acetonitrile-20 mmol/L acetic ammonium（adjusted pH value to 4.0 with acetic acid glacial）as mobile phase（using gradient）. Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 335 nm. Results The calibration curve of scutellarin was linear in the range of 0.26-1.28 μg （r=0.999 9）, and the average recovery was 99.2 %. The calibration curve of berberine hydrochloride was linear in the range of 0.52-2.58 μg （r=0.999 8）, and the average recovery was 99.6 %. Conclusion The method is as simple, quick, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the simuhaneous determination of scutellarin, berberine hydrochloride in Jiawei Weiyanxiao Tablets.
