摘 要:目的研究采用β-环糊精(β-CD)选择性提取蒙药广枣中总黄酮(TFC)的新工艺。方法以β-CD为选择性材料,提取广枣中的TFC,测定TFC提取总量、浸膏量、浸膏中TFC含量及其溶出度,并与传统的醇提工艺、水提工艺进行比较。结果采用新工艺提取得到的TFC总量与醇提工艺接近,二者比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而且均显著高于水提工艺(P<0.01);新工艺得到的浸膏量远小于醇提与水提工艺,但前者浸膏中TFC含量远大于后两种提取工艺,新工艺与传统工艺比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论β-CD对广枣中TFC具有明显的选择性提取作用。新提取工艺有望替代目前应用广泛的醇提工艺。Objective To explore a new extraction process for the extraction of total ilavones(TF)from Mongolian medicine Choerospondias axiUaris by using β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)as the selective agent. Methods We compared the total amount of TF and dry extract, the percent content of TF in the extract as well as the dissolution of TFC obtained through the above new extraction technology with those through the traditional ethanol extraction and water extraction. Results The total amount of TF by the new extraction process was similar to that by the ethanol extraction technology, the difference being insignificant between the two extraction methods (P〉 0.05). The total amount of TF by the above two extraction methods was significant higher than that by water extraction (P〈 0.01) .The dry extract amount by the new extraction process was far less than that by the two traditional extraction methods, but the percent content of TF in the extract by the new extraction method was higher than that by the traditional extraction methods, the difference being significant (P〈 0.01). Conclusion It is suggested that β-CD has obviously selective effect on the extraction of TF from Choerospondias axillaris, which is expected to take place extensively applied ethanol extraction process at present.
