摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮穿刺切割治疗腰椎间盘突出症(Percutaneous Lumbar Diskectomy PLD)的应用价值、并发症及其处理。材料和方法:采用ZG-Ⅱ型手动式椎间盘切割器对500例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行治疗。结果:手术成功率为100％,治愈率为80.2％、总有效率为89.4％,并发椎间隙感染3例。 结论:PLD操作简便,效果好,并发症少。Purpose: To investigate the applications value, complication and treatment of Percutaneous Lumbar Diskectomy (PLD). Materials and methods; Percutaneous diskec-tomy was performed in 500 cases with lumbar disc protrusion. Results: The rate of successful operation was 100% . The curative and totally effective rate were 80.2% and 89.4% respectively. Postoperative diskitis were discovered only in 3 cases. Conclusions; The authoi was of the opinion that PLD was a rather handy, efficient technique and its complication was very lower.
