摘　　要：在医疗卫生体制改革的背景下,医院高度重视并履行社会责任已经成为必然的要求。要使医院切实、高效地履行社会责任,就必须找到影响社会责任的关键驱动因素。文章旨在对国内外学者关于医院社会责任影响因素研究的既有成果进行一个简单的梳理,以便医院能更加明确地去履行社会责任。Under the background of medical health system reforming,fulfilling social responsibility has been the requirement of hospitals.In order to effectively pursue the social responsibility,the key infuluencing factors must be found.This paper intends to simply review the achievements about the research of infuluencing factors of hospital social responsibilities,so that the hospitals can perform the social responsibilities more specifically.
