摘　　要：活血化瘀在目前高血压病治疗中逐渐受到重视,临床研究表明可以提高治疗高血压病的疗效,减少其并发症。文章从高血压病的中医发病机制、现代基础研究,活血化瘀中药的作用、优势及本病治疗要求等方面探讨高血压病活血化瘀治疗的理论基础,为临床治疗开拓思路。The activating blood and resolving stasis has been taken a increasingly high attention in hypertension treatment,clinical studies have shown that can increase efficacy and reduce its complications in the treatment of hypertension.In this paper,discussion the theoretical basis of the activating blood and resolving stasis treatment in hypertension by analysis the pathogenesis of hypertension in Chinese medicine,modern basic research,the role and advantages of activating blood and resolving stasis medicine,and requirements of the hypertension treatment,to develop ideas for clinical treatment.
