摘　　要：刘沛然主任医师系河北省名老中医,国务院特殊津贴享受者,全国第一批老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,具有扎实的理论功底和丰富的临床经验。文章通过列举4例医案介绍了刘老从血治热的经验。所举病例,同有发热,而病不同,但均从血求治而获效,彰显了刘老从血治热的宝贵经验。LIU Pei-ran is a well-known Chinese Traditional Medicine（CTM）practitioner born in Heibei Province,who enjoys the State Council Special Allowance.With both solid basic knowledge in theory and plentiful clinical experience,he is also a Advisor of the first batch working for the inheritance of old medicine experts＇s academic experience.This essay lists 4 cases which introduce Senior Liu＇s experience of treating heat disease through the blood.All the cases listed here has feverish symptoms,while the causes are different.However,Senior Liu treated them through the blood and obtained effect.This essay displays his valuable experience in treating the fever through blood.
