寰枕后膜推拿松解术对椎动脉阻力指数的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察寰枕后膜推拿松解术治疗寰枕后膜挛缩症的临床疗效。方法:利用2008年10月—2010年5月本科收治寰枕后膜挛缩症患者60例,运用SPSS16.0随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用寰枕后膜松解术,对照组给予地塞米松和氯唑沙宗口服,10天为1个疗程,观察2个疗程。结果:治疗组椎动脉阻力指数改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:寰枕后膜推拿松解术可通过松解挛缩的寰枕后膜从而缓解椎动脉痉挛、降低阻力指数、缓解临床症状。Objective：To observe the effects of massage lysis of Posterior Atlanto-Occipital Membrane（PAM） syndrome on vertebral artery resistance index.Methods：60 patients in our division from Oct,2008 to May,2010 were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group（30 cases）and control group（30 cases）.The treatment group was treated respectly with massage lysis,the control group was treated with Dexamethasone Tablets and compound Chlorzoxazone tablets.10 days was a course of treatment,two courses were observed.All the patients were followed up.Results：The index of the treatment group were improved distinctly higher than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：PAM massage lysis can relax contracture of PAM,lower resistance index and improve the clinical symptoms.
