药穴指针疗法对功能性消化不良患者胃电图的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察药穴指针疗法对功能性消化不良(FD)患者胃动力的影响,为临床治疗提供客观依据。方法:将60例FD患者随机分成治疗组(30例)及对照组(30例)。治疗组采用药穴指针治疗,对照组采用多潘立酮片治疗,均为15天/1疗程。治疗前后使用体表胃电仪检测60例FD患者治疗前后的胃电活动变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组的主频率、主功率及正常慢波节律百分比与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:药穴指针疗法能显著改善FD患者的胃动力。Objective：To observe the effects of acupoint drug-fingier pressing therapy in patients with functional dyspepsia（FD） gastric electrical motility,and provide an objective basis for clinical treatment.Methods：60 patients with FD were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）.Treatment group therapy which acupoint drug-fingier pressing,the control group which was treated with domperidone tablets.Before and after treatment,the gastric electrical activity of 60 cases of FD patients was detected by the electrodes instrument.Results：The difference of Dzzz Fzzz（DF）,Dzzz Pzzz（DP） and the normal percentage of slow wave rhythm（PSR） between in the treatment group and in the control group was statistically significant（both P0.01）.Conclusion：Acupoint drug-fingier pressing therapy can significantly improve the gastric electrical motility in FD patients.
