血中狼疮抗凝物的含量与自然流产的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血中狼疮抗凝物质(Lupus Anticoagulant,LA)的含量与自然流产的关系。方法 选取98例有妊娠丢失史,且无一例活胎史的患者作为研究组,选取39例具有一次正常分娩史的未孕健康妇女作为对照组,通过狼疮抗凝物筛查实验与确证实验测定研究组及对照组血浆中LA的含量,并将其分为少量、中量、大量。结果 不同自然流产次数组LA的含量均高于对照组(P<0.05),但不同自然流产次数组之间LA的含量无差别(P>0.05);不同孕周自然流产患者LA的含量均高于对照组,但不同孕周之间LA的含量无差别。结论 高于正常水平的狼疮抗凝物质易导致自然流产,但与自然流产次数及孕周无关。Objective To study the clinical significance of lupus anticoagulation in the pregnancy loss patients. Methods 76 patients with a histroy of pregnancy loss without one livebirth served as study subjects. 39 hehhy non pregnant women with a normal pregnant history served as controls. Plasma content of LA was determined by LAC screen and LAC confirm and was derided into weak,moderate,strong. Results The contents of LA in different number of spontaneous abortion had no difference （ P 〉 0.05）, but were higher than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Different groups of gestational miscarriage of content of LA had no difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） ,but were higher than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Higher than normal level of lupus anticoagulation can cause spontaneous abortion easily but is irrelevant with the number of abortions and abortion gestational age.
