摘  要:目的建立细粒棘球蚴绦虫感染并发过敏性哮喘实验动物模型及探讨细粒棘球蚴绦虫感染对过敏性哮喘的作用。方法 24只Wistar大鼠,随机分为3组,A组为正常对照组,B组为单纯哮喘组,C组为细粒棘球蚴绦虫感染并发哮喘组。C组大鼠经腹腔注射感染细粒棘球蚴。70d后,以卵白蛋白(OVA)分别对B组、C组大鼠进行致敏及激发,建立过敏性哮喘模型。各组大鼠取肺组织作病理切片,观察大鼠肺组织的炎症变化,收集支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF),计数淋巴细胞(Lymphocyte)和嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)的个数,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测大鼠血清Eotaxin-2、Eotaxin-3及sP-selection的水平。结果与B组比较,C组大鼠BALF中Lymphocyte和EOS数明显减少(P<0.05),血清Eotaxin-2﹑Eotaxin-3及sP-selection的水平明显下降(P<0.05)。各组大鼠血清Eotaxin-2水平与BALF中EOS数量密切相关(r=0.829),血清Eotaxin-3和sP-selec-tion水平与EOS数量均呈正相关关系,r分别为0.562和0.315(P<0.05)。结论细粒棘球蚴绦虫感染对过敏性哮喘的发生有抑制作用。[ Objective ] To establish an experimental animal model of Echinococcus granulosus infection complicated by asthma, and study the effect of Eehinoeoccus granulosus infection on asthma. [Methods] Twenty-four wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: group A was control group, group B was asthmatic group, group C was Eg-infeetion-asthmatic group. The animals in group C were infected with Echinococcus grantdosus protoseoleces through injection of abdomen. 70 days later, the animals in group Band group C were sensitized and challenged intranasally with OVA, in order to establish experimental animal model. The left lungs were cut for histopathologieal analysis to observe the inflammation. The BALF fluids were collected to analysis the count of eosinophile. The levels of Eotaxin-2, Eotaxin-3 and sP-selection in serum were detected with EHSA. [Results] Compared with group B, the number of EOS in BALF of group C was significantly reduced (P 〈0.05). The levels of serum Eotaxin-2, Eotaxin-3 and sP-selection in serum significantly decreased (P 〈0.05). The level of Eotaxin-2 in serum was closely related with the number of EOS in BALF (r =0.829), the levels of Eotaxin-3 and sP-selection had positive relation with the number of EOS in BALF (r =0.562, 0.315)(P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion] Eehinococcus granulosus infection can inhibit asthma.
