摘　　要：目的探讨MMP-13在卵巢子宫内膜异位症中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法(S-P)检测MMP-13在卵巢子宫内膜异位症的异位内膜、在位内膜(38例)及正常子宫内膜组织(25)中的表达。结果 MMP-13在卵巢子宫内膜异位症中异位内膜、在位内膜的表达均明显高于正常子宫内膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而异位内膜与在位内膜相比差异无统计学意义。MMP-13与痛经、月经异常及不孕无明显关系(P>0.05),而与囊肿大小、病变浸润深度及盆腔种植浸润度程关系密切,经统计学处理差异有显著性。结论 MMP-13与卵巢子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展关系密切。[objective ] To investigate the presentation and clinical significance of MMP-13 in endometriosis of ovary. [Methods] Immunohistoehemistry （s-p） method was used to detect the presentation of MMP-13 in 38 tissues of abnormal-position intimas and normal-position intlmas of endometriosls of ovary and 25 tissues of normal endometrium. [ Results ] MMP-13 in abnormal-position intimas and normal position intimas of endometriosis of ovary was clearly higher than that in normal endometrium with statistical significance （P 〈0.05）, while there was no statistical significance of difference of MMP-13 in abnormal-position intimas and normal-position intimas of endometriosis of ovary. MMP-13 was not clearly related to dysmenorrheal, abnormal menstruation and barren （P 〉 0.05）, but was clearly related to sizes of cysts, depths of lesion imbibition and imbibifion of cycle tissues with statistical significance. [ Conclusion ] MMP-13 is closely related to the development of endometriosis of ovary（P 〈0.05）.
