摘  要:根据喷射成形工艺制备的高镁铝合金试件的特点,制定了检测方案,采用纵波双晶探头技术,自行设计制作了带有一定曲率半径,可减少近场区和盲区的聚焦探头,对喷射成形高镁铝合金试件进行了超声波检测。测试结果表明:采用该技术方法,可较好地解决因试件曲面造成探头和试件侧壁干涉而产生干扰反射波的问题,提高了检测小缺陷的能力,选用检测频率范围在4 MHz^6 MHz之间,以Φ2 mm平底孔作为超声波检测灵敏度,能有效地检测出各类内部缺陷。该方法能有效地应用于采用喷射成形技术制备高镁铝合金试件的质量控制。According to the characteristics of the high magnesium aluminum alloy parts produced by spray forming technology the defect detection plan has been made.A double crystal longitudinal wave sensor with a curvature radius block has been designed and prepared.The sensor possesses the following advantages: focus is adjustable;short range and blind range of detecting are reduced.The high magnesium aluminum alloy specimen formed by spray technology has been detected by the ultrasonic sensor.The detection results show that the interference relaxing waves produced between the sensor-probe and specimen side surface can be solved;the interference waves appears due to the curvature surface of the specimen;the detecting capacity of tiny defects is increased.The detecting frequency has been adjusted between 4 MHz-6 MHz and the sensitive-hole diameter of the flat bottom has been settled on 2 mm.In this condition all the inner defects of the spray formed high magnesium aluminum alloy parts can be detected effectively.
