中国芹花粉母细胞减数分裂终变期的核型分析

摘　　要：以中国芹品种铁杆芹花蕾为材料,选取花粉母细胞减数分裂终变期进行染色体核型分析,将其与根尖染色体核型进行比较研究,并探讨了获得终变期分裂相的最佳制片方法。结果表明:二者核型公式均为K(2n)=2x=22=6m+2sm+8st+6t,其中第5、7、9对为中部着丝粒染色体,第6对为亚中部着丝粒染色体,第2、3、8、11对为近端部着丝粒染色体,第1、4、10对为端部着丝粒染色体,其染色体相对长度组成为2n=2S+2M1+6M2+1L,染色体核型为3B型。Using flower buds,karyotype analysis of Apium graveolens L.during meiosis diakinesis in pollen mother cells was conducted,compared with chromosome karyotype of root tip,and the best way to obtain diakinesis chromosomes was discussed.The results were the same：karyotype formula of Apium graveolens L.was K（2n）=2x=22=6m＋2sm＋8st＋6t,both of which had 3 pairs of metacentric chromosomes（5,7,9）,1 pair of submetacentric chromosomes（6）,4 pairs of with acrocentric chromosomes（2,3,8,11）and 3 pairs of telocentric chromosomes（1,4,10）.Relative length was 2n=2S＋2M1＋6M2＋1L,belonging to 3B type.
