摘 要:本实验以HClO4/NaBrO3/KMnO4/CrO3/FeCl3为氧化插层体系制备低温可膨胀石墨,研究了氧化插层试剂对膨胀容积的影响。其最佳工艺条件是在常温下反应40min,石墨、高氯酸、溴酸钠、高锰酸钾、三氧化铬、三氯化铁的最佳质量比为1:4:0.15:0.15:0.13:0.03,制得的可膨胀石墨在220℃时膨胀容积为201mL/g。实验中还用X射线衍射法研究了插层反应对石墨结构的影响。In this experiment the expandable graphite(EG) at low temperature was prepared by the oxidation intercalation system composed of perchloric acid(A),sodium bromate(B),potassium permanganate(C),chromium trioxide(D) and iron trichloride(E).The influence of oxidation intercalation reagents to the expanded volume of EG was studied.The optimum technological conditions were obtained as follow: graphite∶A∶B∶ C∶D∶E =1∶4∶0.15∶0.15∶0.13∶0.03 reacted at room temperature for 40 minutes.The expansion volume of the EG got from this condition could reach as high as 201mL/g at 220℃.The intercalation effects on the graphite structure were investigated by X-ray diffraction.
