摘 要:四川沐川黄丹石英砂岩含有害杂质Fe2O3,以黄铁矿细小颗粒赋存于矿石中,采用丁基黄药作为浮选捕收剂,进行浮选除铁提纯试验研究。试验结果表明:采用捕收剂丁基黄药反浮选法进行除铁提纯,能够取得明显的综合提纯效果;其优化工艺参数为:矿浆pH值为5,矿浆浓度为25%,捕收剂用量为260g/t,浮选时间为15min,起泡剂2#油用量为75g/t;采用优化工艺参数,能够加工符合浮法玻璃工业用石英砂标准的石英砂:SiO2,98.753wt%;Al2O3,0.539wt%;Fe2O3,0.045wt%。The quartzose sandstone from Huangdan,Muchuan County of Sichuan contained the harmful impurities Fe2O3 mainly occurred in ore as fine pyrite particles.The flotation of iron-removal purification experiments were conducted with butyl xanthate as collector.The results showed that the anti-flotation of iron-removal purification method using butyl xanthate as collector could achieve a significant effect on the comprehensive purification.The optimizing process parameters were as following:pulp pH value was 5,pulp concentration was 25%,the dose of collector was 260g/t,flotation time was 15min,the dose of frother 2# oil was 75g/t.Through the optimal process parameters,the standard quartz sand used in float glass industry could be processed.The chemical compositions of the final product were SiO2 98.753 wt%,Al2O3 0.539 wt% and Fe2O3 0.045 wt%.
