摘 要:以吉林临江硅藻土作为原料,通过提纯、无机盐修饰改性工艺制备硅藻土基调湿材料。探讨了硅藻土调湿机理,研究了提纯、修饰改性对硅藻土吸湿性能的影响,采用BET、SEM、EDS、TEM测试方法对样品进行了分析表征。结果表明,硅藻土孔结构的惯通性是其具有良好调湿性的重要因素,经过提纯、无机盐修饰的硅藻土,吸湿率可达98%。Taking diatomite produced from LinJiang city of Jilin province as raw material,the diatomite-based humidity controlling materials were prepared by purification and inorganic salts modification.The humidity controlling principle of diatomite as well as purification and modification effect on the moisture absorption amount of diatomite had been studied in this paper.Physiochemical properties of samples were characterized by BET,SEM,EDS,TEM etc.The results showed that through-pore structure was an important factor for diatomite as humidity controlling materials.By purifying and modifying diatomite with inorganic salts,moisture absorption amount of diatomite could increase to 98%.
