摘 要:采用甘肃深红和安徽明美矿物的凹凸棒石进行水中锰去除实验研究。结果表明,在锰溶液浓度为20mg/L和容量为100mL的条件下,凹凸棒石吸附锰的平衡时间为60min,最佳凹凸棒石用量为2.00g,吸附的最佳pH值为6,温度对吸附效果影响不大。凹凸棒石对锰的吸附基本符合Langmuir等温式,1号甘肃白银凹凸棒石回归方程为C/Q=0.1136C+5.979(R2=0.9960),饱和吸附容量为8.80mg/g,2号安徽明美凹凸棒石回归方程为C/Q=0.0859C+6.3502(R2=0.9870),饱和吸附容量为11.64mg/g。凹凸棒石对水中的锰有着良好的吸附作用,为凹凸棒石作为一种处理水中锰的材料提供了数据和理论依据。In this experiment,Gansu dark red attapulgite and Anhui Mingmei attapulgite were used to remove the manganese ions from water.The results showed that when the concentration of manganese solution was 20mg/L and the volumn was 100mL,the balance time of adsorption of attapulgite to manganese ions was 60min,the best amount of attapulgite was 2.00g,the best pH value of solution was 6,and the effect of temperature on the adsorption was not obvious.The regression equation for Gansu dark red attapulgite was C/Q=0.1136C+5.979(R2=0.9960),its maximum adsorption capacity was 8.80mg/g.The regression equation for Anhui mingmei attapulgite was C/Q=0.0859C+6.3502(R2=0.9870),its maximum adsorption capacity was 11.64mg/g.Attapulgite had a good adsorption ability to manganese ions from water.This experiment provided the data and theoretical basis for attapulgite to be used as a kind of treatment material to adsorb the manganese ions from water.
