摘 要:采用快速离子萃取法制备了SiO2纳米类流体。采用FTIR、TG、DSC、TEM及流变测试等分析手段对SiO2纳米类流体进行了系统的表征。结果发现,快速离子萃取法能够保证反应过程中离子交换完全,并能制得具有室温流动性、稳定单分散性以及较高导电性的SiO2纳米类流体。通过将SiO2纳米类流体以不同份数与聚氯乙烯(PVC)熔融共混得到了不同纳米类流体含量的SiO2纳米类流体/PVC复合材料,并对其介电性能和导电性能进行了表征。结果表明,SiO2纳米类流体具有良好的抗静电性能。Solvent-free SiO2 nanofluid was prepared via a fast ion extraction process.Fourier-transform infrared spectrum(FTIR),thermal gravimetric analysis (TG),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and rheological property measurement were employed to characterize the asprepared solvent-free SiO2 nanofluid.The results showed that a complete ion exchange could be achieved,and the flowable product exhibited a stable monodispersity as well as a relatively high electrical conductivity.Solvent-free SiO2 nanofluid was introduced into polyvinyl chloride(PVC) by different amounts to produce a series of solvent-free SiO2 nanofluid /PVC composites via melt blend,and the dielectric constant and electrical conductivity of these composites were investigated.The results demonstrated that the solvent-free SiO2 nanofluid was promising as an antistatic agent.
