摘  要:采用有限元结构分析及优化理论针对某型号挤压铸造机的主液压缸进行了设计分析,以达到优化结构、减小局部应力及减轻重量的目的。首先采用理论公式设计出符合要求的液压缸,并在有限元软件ANSYS中根据实际工作条件简化参数模型,设置载荷参数以进行静态有限元分析,得到了相应的应力分布云图。根据分析结果进行了结构优化设计,选取最优解,并对比优化前后的分析结果,以寻求液压缸的最佳设计。研究结果表明,该方法可以有效降低液压缸局部应力,并降低了制造成本。Aiming at solve the problems of the hydraulic cylinder structure optimization,the key components stress minimization and their weight reduction,the finite element structural analysis and optimization technology were investigated to design the main hydraulic cylinder of squeeze casting machine.Firstly,the hydraulic cylinder was designed to meet the requirements through theoretical formula,and analyzed on finite element method by ANSYS,and set the parameters of static load in accordance with the actual working environment,then the von-mises stress was obtained.Finally,the design was optimized,the optimal solution was selected,and the results of the analysis were compared to find the optimal design of hydraulic cylinder.The results indicate that the method can effectively reduce the local stress and lower the manufacturing costs.
