摘 要:为进一步提高就地热再生技术在沥青路面快速养护维修中的应用效果,结合室内试验与实际工程,对RM型就地热再生列车的间歇式热辐射加热墙和液压气动式耙松设备的施工效果进行了研究.分析表明,相对于传统的加热方式,加热墙能快速均匀地加热路面,且不进一步老化原路面沥青;耙松齿能快速均匀地翻松加热后路面,且保持原材料级配不变;经RM热再生列车再生施工后的沥青混合料及路面具有良好的路用性能,且具有优良的层间黏结,提高了施工质量,延长了再生沥青路面使用寿命.To reduce the limitation of equipment on hot in-place recycling technology application and improve the application effect of hot in-place recycling technology in asphalt pavement maintenance, the application effect of two key equipments of hot in-place recycling train, the Intermittent Heating Wall (IHW) and the Hydropneumatic Scarifying Device (HSD) , are investigated based on theoretical analysis, laboratory tests and field tests. And the construction effect and quality of the hot in-place recycling train are evaluated based on laboratory performance tests of recycling asphalt mixture and field performance tests of testing roads. The results indicate that compared with the traditional heating device, the IHW can heat the asphalt pavement faster and more uniformly without further aging the asphalt binder of pavement; compared with the traditional milling device, the HSD can scarify the heated pavement faster and more uniformly without changing the original aggregate gradation of pavement ; and finally, the recycling asphalt mixture and pavement produced by the hot in- place recycling train have good road performance and interlaminar bonding. Therefore, the improved hot in-place recycling train is proved to be promising in hot in-place recycling pavement with good construction quality and service life.
