摘　　要：人造棉长巾类印花产品的加工难度高,通过分析其练漂半成品要求、染化料选择和生产工序等要点,制定了一套人造棉长巾印花工艺。其练漂半成品要求煮练透,漂得白,布面均匀一致;选用国产K型和P型活性染料,FS80合成增稠剂,BP防白地沾污剂和恒星1#柔软剂,可使印花成品手感柔软,色泽鲜艳,且正反面颜色相近。文中还就常见疵病进行了分析。Printing of rayon shawl is introduced including requirements of semi-finished products, selection of dyes and auxiliaries, and key points in production process. In view of technical problems easily presented during processing, domestic K type and P type reactive dyes, synthetic thickener FSSO, anti-staining agent BP and Fixed Star 1# softener are selected. The printings feature soft handle, brilliant color and good duplex printing effect. Reasons for common defects are analyzed.
