摘  要:采用根箱法在不同供磷水平下,对春小麦和大豆在间套作和单作情况下的根系形态特征和生理生化特性进行了比较研究。结果表明,供磷能促进小麦和大豆根系的生长,间套作促进根系的生长,增大根/冠比。根系重量和根系长度空间分布在不同处理中不同,间套作小麦根系有向上层富集的现象,在缺磷时表现更加明显。小麦与大豆间套作后共生区根际土壤pH值下降,使4 m m 范围内的根际土壤明显酸化。缺磷促进根系分泌酸性磷酸酶,使小麦、大豆分泌量分别增加3 倍左右,并释放到根外土壤中,造成3 m m 范围内的根际土壤磷酸酶活性明显高于远处的土体。The influences of phosphorus levels on the root growth and rhizosphere in a spring wheat and soybean intercropping system were investigated by rhizobox method. The results suggested that phosphorus stimulate the root growth of both wheat and soybean, i.e., higher root dry weight of wheat and root/shoot (R/S) ratio in intercropping systems than those in monoculture. The root dry weight and length of wheat were various by different treatments that roots of wheat in intercropping system were much accumulating in the upper layer of soil and intensified with lacking of phosphorus. The root of acid phosphatease (Apase) activity increased significantly in the treatments as lacking phosphorus, three times higher than that with phosphorus application. The soil pH in the rhizosphere was lower in soybean monoculture than wheat soybean intercroppoing systems.
